As a cookbook author and food blogger, I get asked all the time, “What are your kitchen must-haves?” My answer is always the same: A few great knives and a few great pans. These items are essential because they make cooking so much easier. You can’t chop veggies, cut bread, or carve meat without good knives. Same goes for pans. You can’t cook an omelet, brown a chicken breast, or even make a crispy, gooey grilled cheese without good cookware. In fact, a few good pans can actually take your cooking to a whole new level!
