Gluten Free Blueberry Cobbler

It’s possible that there is no quicker way to the heart of just about every person out there than a bowl of blueberry cobbler and a scoop of ice cream. It’s just one of those dishes that never fails to please and this gluten free option couldn’t be easier to prepare.  

For the filling:
5 cups of blueberries
⅓ cup sugar
3 tablespoons gluten free flour
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt

For the topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
3/4 cup rolled gluten free oats
 ½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Equipment: American Kitchen 10-inch Premium Stainless Steel Casserole Pan



1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Prepare the filling by mixing the blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl. 

3. Transfer the filling to your American Kitchen 10-inch stainless steel casserole pan and set aside.

4. Make the topping: Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Using a fork, cut the butter into the oat/flour mixture until crumbly. 

5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over filling. Bake until bubbling in center and brown on top, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool to desired serving temperature.
