Shipping & Returns
Our current promotion for free shipping includes the contiguous United States only, with standard shipping.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories – please call Customer Service to place your order 1-800-474-4231. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Timing – When you place an order, it will be processed in 2-3 business days when the items are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is sent. Standard delivery time is 4-8 business days. We do not offer delivery on weekends or holidays.
If you prefer expedited shipping, Next-Day and 2-Day options are available. Please contact Customer Service for options, at 800-474-4231, between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 11:30 a.m. CST will be shipped that day. Orders received after 11:30 a.m. will be considered next business day.
We take pride in the high quality standards we have established for the products we offer through our American Kitchen® website. All cookware is crafted and carefully inspected here at our Wisconsin Regal Ware, Inc. factories. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your American Kitchen products, you may return them in unused condition for a refund within 60 days of the shipping date.
Damaged in shipping?
If the item you receive is damaged upon arrival, you may return it to us to be replaced at no charge. Simply follow the instructions for returning an item, selecting Return Code A.
You may also contact us to initiate a return either through our Customer Service Contact Form or calling us toll-free at 800-474-4231 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
How to return an item
Items may be returned within 60 days of the shipping date. The item must be unused, preferably in original packaging, and must include all pieces of the item (i.e. covers and pans, etc.). If you don’t have the original packaging or are returning only a portion of the order, please ensure the items are well packed to avoid damage during travel.
There are two simple options for returns. No matter which method you choose, you will need to complete the Return Form on the back of your original invoice and enclose it in the box. (Please scan or make a copy of the invoice for your records).
- Use the return label in your package
The simplest option is to use the convenient prepaid return label enclosed in your original shipment. It’s pre-addressed and prepaid. Simply attach the label to your return package and give it to your postal carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location. (Please note: items shipped outside the contiguous United States do not include a prepaid label.) If you live within the 48 states and didn’t get a label, please contact customer service to get one – 800-474-4231.
- Return the Package on your own
If you’d rather return the item(s) on your own, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery. Please send the item(s) and Return Form to:

How long will it take?
Once we receive and process the return, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of your credit and your credit card or PayPal account will then be credited within 2 weeks.
Can I return a gift?
Gifts may also be returned unused within 60 days. Simply provide the invoice from the item and we will provide a merchandise credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
How do I make a return that is covered under warranty?
If something needs to be returned under warranty, please fill out a service request form to initiate the process. You may review the terms of the lifetime warranty here to help determine whether it will be covered under your warranty.
What if I need a different item?
To exchange an item, please place your new order online and follow the return instructions above for the original item. If you took advantage of a promotion on your initial order, please give us a call at 800-474-4231 to initiate the return.
How do I return if I purchase at a store?
Please work directly with the store where you made the purchase. Your purchase will follow the return guidelines for that retailer. If you need warranty assistance, you may contact our Customer Service department at 800-474-4231.
